- POSTERS
- Please create your Poster to fit in a space 1m wide x 1.2 m high. This is Portrait orientation.
- You may choose to have your Poster displayed as a regular Poster (dimensions and orientation as above) - or perhaps multiple A-4 pages. Please just limit your compilation to the space available for your display - your "space" - on the numbered boards.
- Posterboards will be numbered, and Velcro dots provided, attached to the poster boards.
- Your poster should be displayed on the numbered board corresponding to your abstract number in the printed PECS-VIII Program Book, available with registration.
CREATING YOUR ABSTRACT .pdf DOCUMENT:
- A Template is provided as guidelines for your abstract. Please adhere strictly to the font, author, affiliation, layout etc requirements set out in the attached file.
Download Template here - either Word document, or Adobe pdf file. - Once your abstract is complete, save as a .pdf file
- NOTE: With submission, you will be given the Name for your abstract file. COPY AND PASTE that name into the title of your .pdf file.
- Second Abstract to be submitted? Using the Template guide, save your 2nd abstract, repeating the process outlined above. Go back to the on-Line abstract submission link, and "register" again. You will receive a second, unique Registration number. Name your second abstract with the new Registration number in the same way.
